BLOCK BOOKINGS & PRE-PAID LESSONS Any block bookings MUST be prepaid in full before commencement of first lesson. You may select from 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour lessons. No refunds will be given, unless cancelled by RossRoads. You must provide RossRoads with at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.
